This lending opportunity is offered by a Certified Partner whose focus is assisting small businesses with securing Federal government contracts. Over the past 22 years, the company has developed proprietary software and a unique knowledge base that has helped companies secure more than $3 billion in government contracts.

How much opportunity is there in doing business with our government? Annually, the Federal government “contracts” for goods and services representing about $650 billion. 23% of these contracts are reserved for small businesses…many owned by minorities, women and veterans.

Our Partner teams up with many of these small businesses to secure and administer the contract, and provide working capital. That’s where our clients come into the picture by lending retirement funds directly to the Partner.

Until about 3 years ago, our Partner exclusively raised funding from large institutional investors, but is now offering lending opportunities to individual private investors who meet suitability requirements**.

Example: If you participated in a $50,000 loan at 15% interest annually, your Self Directed IRA or 401(k) would receive $625 per month, or $7,500 per year. At the end of the 2 year term, the gain would be $15,000 (30%).

Note: According to a recent congressional report, government contracting has increased over 100% between 2000 and 2008 and with the Stimulus Act added in, there will be many opportunities for small business to contract with the Federal government.
